Venues NSW is seeking a Technical Support Officer to ensure smooth operation of IT services and provide prompt, effective resolutions for end-users. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle using asset management software.
You will monitor IT infrastructure, help implement standard configurations with Windows Server editions, Exchange and Office 365, and contribute to a positive user experience.
