GastrotrACT is Canberra's largest gastroenterology consulting practice, located in Garran on the grounds of The Canberra Hospital. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced medical receptionist to join our team. As a GastrotrACT receptionist you will join our supportive and fun-loving team in a fast paced, patient focused environment, providing high level administrative and reception services.
Previous reception, call centre and/or administrative experience is essential. A minimum of 1-2 years reception or administrative experience is required for this position.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in a busy reception/administrative role (medical reception experience highly regarded)
- Friendly & professional telephone manner
- Proactive & Solutions Focused approach to work
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Flexibility to deal with a changing environment
- Positive teamwork and collaboration
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
