Ventora is seeking a Senior Commercial Estimator based at our Ormeau facility on the Gold Coast to drive commercial quoting for high-end architectural homes and multi-res developments. You will review plans, perform take-offs and ensure compliance with national construction codes and client requirements.
You will collaborate with Sales, Production and Technical Services, conduct accurate plan take-offs and support proposals, quotes and contracts to deliver successful project outcomes.
