Ventia in partnership with the Australian Defence Force are seeking multiple permanent full-time Fitters to join the team at our state-of-the-art facility in Moorebank NSW.

- Job Details
- Location: Moorebank, NSW
- Work schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00am – 3:45pm; Fridays 7:00am – 12:00pm
- As Our Fitter, You Will Undertake
- Maintenance on specialist Defence equipment, including installation, inspection, repairs, modification and reconditioning of military armaments, small engines, and general engineering tasks.
- Examine detailed specifications to determine job requirements.
- Operate machines to produce or modify required parts or tools.
- Check quality of finished parts and fit/assemble parts.
- Provide technical advice to equipment operators.
- Conduct relevant data entry tasks.
- Repair and maintain miscellaneous equipment including small engines, general service, and marine equipment.
- To Be Successful
- You must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain an Australian Defence Clearance.
- Must be a trade qualified Fitter and Turner (Certificate III).
- Hold a current Drivers Licence - C Class.
