Ventia is seeking a Casual Gym Attendant to join our Defence Base Services contract at Robertson Barracks, Holtze, NT. Reporting to the Sports and Recreation Supervisor, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment while providing excellent customer service to Defence personnel and other gym users.
This is a casual position offering $35.30 (inclusive of casual loading) Morning afternoon and weekend shifts on offer 6am - 2pm or 2pm - 8pm. Weekends 8am - 4pm

Key Duties, But Not Limited To
- Maintain a clean and tidy gym environment.
- Conduct inductions and manage attendee sign-ins.
- Perform equipment checks and report any issues.
- Assist patrons and respond to general enquiries.
- Promote a safe and welcoming fitness environment.
Requirements
- Current Driver's Licence
- Current Provide First Aid certification.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming gym environment.
To be considered for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen and willing to undergo a police check.
