Velluto, Beaumaris, is seeking a Venue Manager to build the opening team for a wood-fire focused, refined dining concept in a brand-new space opening late 2026.
You will recruit frontline staff, develop service standards, manage reservations, stock and POS, and contribute to the opening P&L with the Owner and Head Chef, delivering exceptional guest experiences and leadership in a premium Beaumaris setting.
