Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Registered and Enrolled Nurse professionals to join our Community Health team in the Caboolture and Sunshine Coast Areas. You will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to our community members.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing in home nursing care and support to clients in the community.
- Assisting with patient assessments, care plans, and health education.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications and Skills
- Current registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
- Experience in community health or a similar setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- Current police check within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain.
