Founded by Chairman Gary Vaynerchuk in January 2017, the modern-day parent company is home to relevance-driving businesses including VaynerMedia, ChukMedia, Tamara Group, Gallery Media Group, Eva Nosidam Productions, Tingley Lane Trading, and VaynerSpeakers.

VaynerMedia is a global integrated creative and media agency, built for today's consumers. As the Modern Agency of Record, it understands the nuances of today's attention landscape, empowering brands to win attention, drive relevance, and deliver business results. Founded in 2009, the independently owned agency operates in 15 offices worldwide.

The PITCH: We’re on the hunt for a versatile, modern Integrated Producer who lives and breathes social-first content creation, asset remixing, and digital post-production workflows. Sitting at the active intersection of Creative, Account, Project Management, Strategy, and Media, you will turn social concepts and influencer-led content into culturally relevant, high-performing campaign assets. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, reporting directly to the Project Director.

  • Drive end-to-end integrated post-production: Lead campaign asset creation from initial brief, estimating, and scheduling through to post-production, asset remixing, visual effects, and final delivery.
  • Master platform-native content remixing: Transform, edit, and optimize existing creator and influencer assets into high-performing, culture-jacking content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Meta.
  • Master social-first execution: Translate campaign platforms into native social formats, applying a deep understanding of feed mechanics, trends, pacing, and platform best practices.
  • Engineer production budgets & estimates: Procure, review, and negotiate post-production estimates and partner costs to maximize creative output while maintaining fiscal integrity.
  • Orchestrate post-production workflows: Guide editing, motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and multi-format versioning, ensuring rapid iteration without sacrificing creative craft.
  • Solve creative challenges with agility: Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Media, and Account leads to navigate tight turnarounds and brief parameters with an inventive "culture of yes" mindset.
  • Maintain quality control & brand specs: Perform strict quality control on all social and digital deliverables to verify correct technical specs, platform guidelines, and brand alignment prior to trafficking.
  • Manage external creative & partner networks: Build and cultivate strong relationships with motion designers, editors, sound designers, and post-production partners across the Australian market.

Your Experience:

  • 4–6+ years of integrated production or digital post-production experience within a creative advertising agency, digital studio, or social content environment in Australia.
  • Comprehensive discipline coverage: Direct experience producing across social-first content, video editing, motion graphics, asset remixing, and digital formats.
  • Strong working knowledge of creator workflows, asset licensing/usage, and post-production pipelines.
  • Deep understanding of social media platform mechanics, aspect ratios, digital specs, compression standards, and platform-specific safe zones.
  • Commercial & negotiation acumen: Proven track record managing project budgets, evaluating estimates, and negotiating partner costs.
  • Market intimacy: Strong familiarity with the Australian social, creator, and digital agency landscape.
  • Technical tool proficiency: Mac OS, Google Workspace, Excel/Keynote; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Smartsheet is highly advantageous.
  • Nice to have: Experience working with fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.

What you should know about VaynerMedia: Think "lab" and not "agency". We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun! Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to.
