The Service Crew Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient installation and maintenance of underground services. Reporting to the Underground Shift Supervisor, the role supports the achievement of production and development targets, working in strict compliance with Vault Minerals' operational procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Install and maintain underground services including ventilation ducting, poly and steel pipes, electrical services, and paste lines
- Assist with scheduled inspections, servicing, and troubleshooting of underground services
- Operate underground service vehicles including Integrated Tool Carriers and Elevated Work Platforms
- Conduct minor maintenance on services infrastructure as authorised
- Monitor service system performance and report issues promptly
- Support the achievement of production goals by maintaining service infrastructure to minimise downtime
- Assist surface infrastructure and supply crews when required
- Complete relevant service crew documentation and shift reports accurately
- Maintain compliance with Vault Minerals’ isolation and lockout/tagout procedures
About You:
- Completion of Year 10 education
- Minimum 1 year experience in underground service crew operations
- Proven experience operating EWP and ITC machinery
- WA Manual Driver’s Licence (C-Class)
- First Aid Certificate
- Nationally recognised Working at Heights Certification
- Level 1 & Level 2 Isolation Training (Site Inducted)
- WA Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC)
