Vaughan Infrastructure is a leading civil utilities and complex infrastructure contractor, delivering high-quality projects accross Australia. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our Brisbane office.
This role is critical in coordinating and delivering high-quality tenders, EOIs and proposals that support Vaughan Civil's strategic growth objectives.
About the Role
As Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions are compliant, compelling and delivered on time. You will work closely with project, estimating, commercial and leadership teams to produce professional, client-focused submissions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating tenders, EOIs and proposals from start to submission
- Managing bid schedules, inputs and deadlines
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather technical, commercial and operational content
- Formatting, editing and reviewing submission documents for quality and compliance
- Maintaining bid registers, templates and submission libraries
- Participate in bid debriefings and post-bid analysis
- Supporting continuous improvement of bid and submission processes
About you:
- Previous experience in a Bid Coordinator, Submissions Coordinator or similar role (construction, civil or infrastructure preferred)
- Strong written communication, editing and document presentation skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented with the ability to work autonomously when required
