The Role
You own how our brands look, sound and perform online. Not a support role. You'll work directly with the owner, move fast, and see the results of your work in days, not quarters.
- Content & social
- Plan and run the content calendar across all brands
- Write captions and post daily — Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube
- Shoot and edit reels on your phone. Quick, scrappy, high volume. Nothing cinematic
- Brief and manage our contract videographers for the bigger productions and race weekends, then get the finished work published
- Build and manage community — comments, DMs, partnerships
- Paid media
- Build, run and scale Meta ad campaigns end to end
- Work within compliance rules for our disability and community services brands — we'll teach you these, but you need to respect them
- Own the numbers: CPA, ROAS, CPL — and report them simply
- Manage and grow our Shopify store
- Build landing pages for launches and campaigns
- Graphics and brand assets: sponsor decks, signage, merch, print, app store creative
- Brand & strategy
- A marketing plan for each business, reviewed quarterly
- Lead brand launches: naming, identity, website, go-to-market
- Sponsor and partner collateral for the race program
- What you need
- 3+ years running social and Meta ads for real businesses, with results you can show
- You can shoot and cut a reel on your phone in Cap Cut without it becoming a production. Speed over polish
- Hands-on with Shopify — you've built or run a store, not just logged into one
- Confident in Adobe CC or Figma/Canva Pro
- A good eye. You know when content is working and when it isn't
- Organised. You run your own calendar and hit deadlines without being chased
- You can switch registers — the tone for a disability service is not the tone for a race team
- Nice to have
- Experience marketing NDIS, health, or community services
- Automotive or motorsport background
- Proper camera and editing skills (Premiere, Resolve)
- Ecommerce or app marketing
- Big agency logos, if you can't show the work
