Founded by three mates in 2013, Varsity has grown from your favourite student bar into an entertainment hub! Serving up tasty burgers, saucy wings and cold beers across 9 venues in Perth, we've now levelled up into the arcade and bowling sphere! Now we take over Melbourne, opening our first East Coast venue in Ringwood. Varsity provides a fun, positive, and career-focused environment for our teams to learn, grow and deliver on our motto - Good Times Always!
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the crew and keeping shifts running smoothly
- Delivering epic guest experiences across food, bev and entertainment
- Coaching, training and supporting your team
- Keeping an eye on service, safety and venue standards
- Solving the occasional “well, this wasn’t in the training manual” situation
- Working alongside the management team to make Varsity Midland the place to be
Who we’re looking for
You might already be a Supervisor, or you might be a hospo gun ready to step into leadership. Either way, we’re looking for someone who:
- Has hospitality experience and knows what a busy service looks like
- Can lead a team and bring good energy to a shift
- Is confident making decisions when the pressure is on
- Actually enjoys working with people
- Is available across nights, weekends and public holidays
- Has an RSA or is willing to obtain one
