You’ll be supported by an experienced team, but trusted to take ownership, show initiative, and manage your responsibilities with confidence. And yes - there are additional incentives beyond your base wage.

What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll manage a training portfolio of approximately 100–300 lots while you learn the ropes and grow your skills.

  • Organised & On the Ball: You can juggle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, stay calm under pressure, and keep track of and remain attentive to details. You’re confident with people, clear in your written communication, and enjoy building relationships.
  • A Team Player — Who Can Also Fly Solo: You collaborate well, learn from others, and contribute to a positive team culture. You can also work independently, stay focused, and manage your own workload.
  • You align with our values of Connection, Leadership and Authenticity.
