In this role, you will be responsible for attending to enquiries from our gaming patrons, preparing food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service. Some of your day-to-day duties will include:
- Manage and maintain gaming operations and functions
- Assist patrons with food and beverage orders and general queries
- Oversee and operate TAB services
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards across all areas
- Support food and beverage service in the Bistro and Burger Bar
- Respond to general enquiries and handle customer complaints professionally
Along with excellent customer service and the ability to take initiative, you will have:
- Demonstrated cash handling proficiency
- Knowledge of all gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and procedures
- An understanding of food & beverage products and services
- A professional & mature "can-do" attitude with the ability to work autonomously
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG), or the ability to obtain these certificates
- Ability to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays.
