We’re now on the lookout for a Network Support to join our Operations team. This full-time position is based in our Sydney office as part of a wider team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operational needs of VMO’s DOOH & HOYTS Digital Signage network. This includes detecting and actioning any remediable steps to ensure the network is fully operational. You’ll be part of a fun, dynamic team with a total commitment to providing our clients with the most innovative advertising solutions.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring our digital signage hardware
- Utilizing the full suite of remote monitoring and control tools
- Assembly of digital signage solutions and the preparation of maintenance hardware
- Communicating with contractors, internal & external stakeholders
- Contributing technically to major projects that have a lasting impact on the business
- Being on call as required
