Valhalla Tactical is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our soon to be newly renovated Townsville Store. As a proudly veteran-founded business, we specialize in providing elite tactical gear designed for military, law enforcement, and outdoor enthusiasts. Our products are crafted to meet the demands of any mission, ensuring superior comfort and adaptability.
Position: Retail Sales Assistant
Location: 198 Nathan Street, Aitkenvale QLD 4814
Store Hours: Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm | Saturday: 9am–4pm | Sunday: 10am–3pm
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on tactical gear and apparel.
Assist customers in selecting products tailored to their specific needs.
Maintain store presentation, ensuring products are well-organized and displays are appealing.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous retail or customer service experience.
Must have management experience.
Interest or background in military, law enforcement, or outdoor activities is highly regarded.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends.
