Role Overview
- Design, develop, and deploy cutting‐edge software solutions on modern, cloud‐based platforms, ensuring high quality and architectural standards.
- Manage Agile delivery by owning project priorities, deadlines, and the team's contribution to the broader roadmap.
- Collaborate and innovate with technical and non‐technical stakeholders, sharing expertise and best practices to drive product success.
- Operate as a \"manager of one\" – proactively driving outcomes, setting goals, and delivering high‐quality software autonomously.
What You'll Ideally Have
- Proven full‐stack development experience across C# & .NET, EF Core, and a modern web UI (e.g., React/TypeScript).
- A deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns to deliver efficient, maintainable code in an Agile environment.
- Hands‐on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and setting up automated deployment pipelines using CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively and autonomously in a fast‐paced, high‐ownership team.
