- Customer Service & Information: Be the go-to person for passengers, helping and providing information to customers face to face, and via a PA system.
- Train Preparation: Ensure trains are ready for service, from cleanliness to functionality.
- Fare Management: Handle ticket sales, checking tickets, and provide fare advice during train services.
- Platform Duties: Oversee train departures and assist with luggage at stations.
- Coach Duties: Manage coaches during planned and unplanned disruptions and events.
