Key responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment across designated sites.
- Monitor site access and assist with access control procedures.
- Follow site security procedures and client instructions.
- Communicate professionally with workers, contractors and visitors.
- Identify and report incidents, hazards and suspicious activity.
- Complete security reports and maintain accurate records as required.
- Work collaboratively with site personnel and other security staff.
About you
- A valid NSW Class 1A Security Officer Licence
- A valid NSW Traffic Control Card
- A current White Card
- Full Australian working rights, with no restrictions preventing the applicant from working the required hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A reliable, punctual and professional approach to work.
- The ability to travel to multiple sites across Sydney.
- The ability to follow site safety procedures and instructions.
- Previous experience in construction, infrastructure or industrial site security will be highly regarded.
