About the role
As a Recruitment Consultant at u&u Recruitment Partners you will lead a highly successful recruitment desk in your discipline. You will be responsible for business development and marketing as well as sourcing and assessment. This role will involve a lot of negotiation with candidates and clients to reach a mutually beneficial outcome. The consultant will be active in networking and branding for the u&u business and engage in project work for their team.
Required skills and experience
- Extensive recruitment agency experience and skills, ideally gained with a reputable agency;
- A track record of successful placements in your desired discipline;
- A history of achievement, particularly in relation to financial targets;
- Business development, sales and client relationship management experience;
- Tertiary qualification;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional people skills, confident and personable;
- High level of organisational skills, can manage a large workload under pressure; and
- Database and online resource management capability.
