Providing administration support to Brokers and Advisers, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Data entry of new business applications;
- Processing of changes to investments & bonds;
- Processing withdrawal requests;
- CRM database maintenance; and
- Responding to emails and assisting Brokers/Advisers with administration.
We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in this industry and who is hungry to learn. You will also need to have:
- Some administration, customer service and/or data entry experience;
- Professional communication skills;
- A willingness to help your teammates; and
- Very strong attention to detail.
