You will manage a portfolio of senior and specialist roles and influence TA delivery across the organisation, including direct sourcing, analytics and employer branding, while guiding Talent Acquisition Advisors.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, People, Systems & Improvement, you will drive workforce planning, TA improvements and reporting, and support frontline recruitment during peak periods.
