UTS is seeking a dedicated Change Manager to lead planning and implementation of practical change activities across the Graduate Research School, embedding new ways of working. You will develop stakeholder engagement and communications plans, facilitate workshops and discussions, establish feedback mechanisms, and help staff build a positive, collaborative culture aligned with priorities.
This full-time, fixed-term role runs until March 2027, with a base salary of 125,706–143,166 AUD plus 17%
