About the Role

Our Global Diabetes Capability Center is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.

This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Minimed's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility.

Position Responsibilities:

• Foster and develop partnerships with key health care professionals within the territory.
• Develop and maintain sound clinical knowledge of the diabetes product portfolio to educate key stakeholders.
• Be a partner for patients throughout their technology journey including before sale, during the sale, and after sale.
• Achieve sales revenue and growth targets for assigned territory.
• Lead, develop & manage territory strategy to achieve quarterly and annual AOP Targets.
• Drive growth by identifying new and existing business opportunities.
• Travel within the assigned region, as well as other regions as required.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience within the Medical Device and/or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the Diabetes space.
• Sales experience and/or sales capability in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
