URBNSURF Sydney is seeking a hands-on facilities and grounds manager to maintain our grounds, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver a great guest experience for a seven‑day operation. You will lead grounds upkeep, manage contractors and the cleaning team, plan maintenance around events, and keep records audit-ready.
A Working with Children Check and a Certificate III in Horticulture or a trade are preferred; CPR or lifeguard qualifications would be a bonus, and being comfortable around water.
