THE OPPORTUNITY
Earn $2,200–$2,700 per week including performance-based commission!
Urbanscapes Constructions is a family-owned civil construction business specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of retaining wall systems.
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking and experienced Site Supervisor to lead a small installation crew.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys operating machinery, working with their tools and leading a productive team.
WHAT'S ON OFFER

$1,700 gross weekly base salary.

Performance commission of $5 per m² installed.

Potential total earnings of $2,200–$2,700 gross per week once commission eligible.

$100 weekly travel allowance.

Company ute provided.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Opportunity for career progression.
Commission eligibility is subject to demonstrating the required supervisory, installation and productivity standards. The expected development period is approximately six months, with earlier approval possible.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll lead a small crew of 1–2 offsiders, working alongside them to install post and precast concrete panel retaining walls.
This is a working supervisor position. You’ll be expected to:

Operate an excavator and carry out excavation works.

Read construction drawings and work with reduced levels (RLs).

Set out retaining walls to the correct line, level and alignment.

Personally install and position steel retaining wall posts.
-
Lead and coordinate your crew to achieve daily production targets.

Maintain quality, safety and efficient site operations.
-
Identify and rectify installation issues and defects.
We’re looking for someone who leads from the front, not someone who stands back and watches.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential:
-
Previous hands‑on civil construction or concreting experience.
-
Practical excavator operating experience.
-
Ability to read construction drawings and understand site levels (RLs).
-
Current White Card and driver’s licence.
-
Physically fit and capable of demanding outdoor construction work.
-
Ability to lead a small crew while remaining actively involved in installation.
Highly regarded:
-
Pipe laying, stormwater or drainage experience.
-
Post and panel retaining wall experience.
-
Structural post installation experience.
-
Skid steer ticket and experience.
-
HC licence or truck-driving experience.
HOURS & LOCATION
-
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Projects generally within approximately 1.5 hours of our Campbelltown factory.

Employment Type: Casual. Additional Benefits:Four weeks of paid holidays per year and paid public holidays, as provided under the company's employment arrangement.

Ideally located within approximately one hour of Campbelltown.
