Key responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols
- Performing assembly tasks and process work with precision and attention to detail
- Inspecting products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards
- Preparing raw materials and components for the production process
- Packaging and labelling finished products for distribution
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Following written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leaders
- Reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the production team
