Urban Rec Wollongong is on the hunt for an energetic, outgoing and organised
League Supervisor to join our growing team!
We're all about bringing people together through social sport, creating awesome experiences and making sure everyone has FUN!
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
As our League Supervisor, you'll be responsible for keeping our leagues running smoothly and making sure our players and staff have the best experience possible.
Your responsibilities will include
- Leading, supporting and looking after a team of 20+ casual staff members.
- Managing and supervising our social sporting leagues across the Illawarra.
- Handling league administration, team registrations and player management through our website.
- Transporting, setting up and managing sporting equipment.
- Thinking on your feet and solving problems as they arise.
- Managing conflict and resolving issues involving players, teams and staff.
• Creating a fun, welcoming and positive environment at every league!
Our MUST HAVES
• A genuine LOVE for sports!
- Strong relationship-building and people management skills.
- A bright, bubbly and outgoing personality.
- Confident communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get your hands dirty.
- Availability to work evenings, 4 nights per week.
