As a Site Supervisor at Urban Reach Building Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and safe delivery of construction projects. This full-time position is based in Varsity Lakes, QLD, and involves leading a team to ensure the successful completion of residential and commercial builds.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities and personnel
- Ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise on site
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
- Promoting a safe work environment and enforcing safety protocols
- Providing hands‐on support and guidance to the construction team
- Monitoring quality control and implementing corrective measures as needed
- Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
What we're looking for:
- Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills to effectively coordinate and motivate teams
- Excellent problem‐solving and decision‐making abilities
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
