Urban Property Group is seeking an experienced Design Manager to coordinate design outcomes, secure planning approvals and manage documentation from cost planning through to construction. Reporting to the Design Director, you will collaborate with Development and Construction teams to deliver multiple residential and mixed-use developments.
You will evaluate design feasibility for potential acquisitions, coordinate design presentations, and create design standards or performance solutions.
