UpGuard is hiring a Director of Global Solutions Engineering to lead the technical engine behind our revenue organization. You will oversee Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants globally, driving the technical win in pre-sales and serving as the escalation path post-sales.
This role reports to the CRO and requires building a high-performing, distributed team, setting career paths, and aligning technical delivery with revenue goals in a remote-first environment.
