UpGuard is seeking a Senior/Staff Platform Engineer to shape the platform engineering function from its early days. You will own platforms, tools and infrastructure powering development workflows, drive reliability, streamline operations, and improve the developer experience across product engineering teams.
You will define roadmaps, set best practices, scale systems as we grow, and be empowered with autonomy to influence the engineering organisation.
