UNSW is seeking a Claims Officer to join the People & Culture, Quality and Compliance Team. You will help identify, assess, quantify and rectify employee pay claims, working closely with the Claims Manager and other stakeholders to ensure compliant remediation under enterprise agreements and applicable law.
You will review records, apply claim methodologies and communicate with current and former staff, contributing to accurate reporting and trend analysis while handling sensitive information.
