The Role:
You'll start as a field-based, face-to-face Sales Associate across Melbourne, working in the residential and business-to-business sectors and representing some of Australia's leading brands. With a mentor from day one, you'll learn a proven sales process and consultative selling.
Your day will involve:
- Prospecting, building brand awareness and closing sales face to face
- Using consultative selling to understand customer needs
- Working towards daily and weekly KPIs with commission and performance-based incentives
- Daily coaching to fast-track your sales skills
- Delivering excellent customer service
What You Can Expect:
Strong earning potential: Generous hourly rate plus commission and super. Consistent performers earn $2,000+ per week, and earnings are performance-based.
