  • Support the onboarding and ongoing engagement of partners by preparing documentation, coordinating due diligence requirements and maintaining accurate partner records.
  • Act as a key contact for routine student, academic and partner enquiries, providing timely communication and escalating complex or high-risk matters appropriately.
  • Maintain WIL records and systems, support reporting and evaluation activities, and contribute to improvements in processes, communications and service delivery.

Skills, attributes and knowledge

  • Well-developed administrative and operational coordination skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work within established processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear communications, guidance material and engagement collateral for varied audiences.

  • Sound judgement, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and escalate complex matters appropriately.

Experience

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience in an administrative, WIL, partnerships or student-facing role.
  • Experience coordinating or delivering WIL activities, partnerships, professional programs, events or engagement activities in education or a comparable environment.
  • Experience working with industry, government, community or other external stakeholders in a coordination, support or service-delivery capacity.
  • Experience using administrative, CRM, placement or engagement systems to maintain records and support projects, partnerships or programs.
