You will oversee a portfolio of complex employee relations matters, delivering expert guidance to leaders and business partners while ensuring timely and fair outcomes.
Based statewide across Hobart, Launceston or Burnie, you will apply trauma‐informed practice and work with cross‐functional teams to strengthen case management capability.
