The University of Melbourne is seeking a Retail Officer for its flagship campus merchandise shop and on-campus activations. You will deliver high-quality customer service in-store, by phone and email, and drive merchandise sales while maintaining visual standards.
Working primarily Monday to Friday with occasional evenings or weekend shifts during major events, you will:
- Supervise casual staff on shift
- Process POS transactions
- Manage online orders and stock records
- Support event pop-ups
