Senior E-Commerce Customer Service and Sales Representative
Universal Fans is an established retail business specialising in ceiling fans and ventilation products, with multiple e-commerce stores and is the national distributor for the Fanco and Claro brands.

We're looking for a highly energetic and experienced senior customer service and sales representative who can learn very quickly and hit the floor running! Based in Melbourne with an experienced team to help develop the right person, you will have the opportunity to shine and showcase your sophisticated customer service and sales skills. The Senior Customer Service and Sales Representative is responsible for:
Providing prompt and knowledgeable pre- and post-sales support, including product recommendations, pricing, availability, technical enquiries, deliveries and returns.
Handling customer enquiries via Salesforce, phone and live chat.
Liaising with suppliers regarding product information, pricing, stock and delivery timeframes.
Processing customer returns for change of mind and faulty products.
The successful candidate must have:
Min 3-4 years’ experience / knowledge in technical products;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach.
Strong organisation, time management skills and ability to prioritise.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to confidently manage complex customer issues and resolve disputes professionally.
Confidence working with technical information and systems.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce and MYOB).
A reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Experience with technical or electrical products is highly regarded.
