BlueCare is seeking a Quality Care Advisor to provide expert clinical, quality and risk guidance to operational and clinical leaders across Community Services portfolios in Queensland. You will use quality data, clinical indicators, audits and incident trends to identify opportunities for improvement, mitigate risks and support services in delivering safe, high‐quality care.
With collaborative work across multiple sites, the role strengthens clinical governance and supports accreditation readiness.
