UnitingCare is seeking a Wellness Partner for the BlueCare Toowoomba Aged Care Facility. You will deliver inclusive wellness activities, foster independence and dignity, and work with staff, volunteers and families to create meaningful engagement for residents.
The role requires a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent, plus experience in aged care activity facilitation. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with competitive benefits and Not-for-Profit salary packaging.
