UnitingCare Children, Young People and Families – Mount Louisa is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Mt Louisa Aged Care Facility on a part-time basis. The role covers 6 shifts per fortnight across AM, PM and ND shifts, including every second weekend, delivering person-centred care in a safe, supportive environment.
You will assess and plan care, contribute to care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while meeting clinical quality standards.
