UnitingCare Children, Young People and Families is seeking a General Manager for Enterprise and Aged Care Platforms in Brisbane QLD. This role involves leading the Digital & Technology senior leadership team and managing an enterprise-wide portfolio of significant scale and complexity.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the Enterprise and Aged Care Platforms portfolio, including HR, payroll, workforce management, finance modernisation, billing, enterprise CRM, BlueCare capabilities, integration, testing and release.
- Setting the direction for platform evolution to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Building influential partnerships across UnitingCare to align technology priorities with organisational outcomes.
- Leading strategic vendor partnerships and ensuring effective integration and accountability.
- Creating conditions for high performance and developing capability within your team.
- Contributing to the broader direction of Digital & Technology as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
What You Will Bring:
- Significant experience in enterprise technology and strong capability in product and platform management.
- A track record of leading complex, enterprise-scale technology services and transformation.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver digital products and platforms.
- The ability to move confidently between strategy and execution.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Experience in building capable, high-performing teams.
- A tertiary qualification in information technology or a related field.
- Willingness to undertake an Australian Federal Police National Police Check prior to appointment.
Highly Regarded:
- A qualification in portfolio, program or project management.
- Experience managing digital products at an enterprise level.
- Extensive agile delivery experience in complex environments.
- Experience working in an outsourced environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering digital or technology services relevant to this scope.
