The role manages a team of DFV Practitioners on a rotating roster, delivering intake, screening, triage, risk assessment and client support with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.
You will lead supervision, training, rostering and performance, collaborate with agencies, manage records and contribute to service improvement while upholding child safety.
