Uniting is seeking a Team Manager to lead the Client Contract Officer Team across Newcastle and Unanderra, overseeing admissions, residency agreements and financial/contractual obligations for Permanent Residential Aged Care. This role combines leadership, stakeholder engagement and process improvement in a hybrid environment.
You will manage a dispersed team, drive service standards and ensure regulatory compliance, while traveling monthly to support operations and strengthen relationships.
