Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the Community Living Supports (CLS) program in the Western Sydney region. The role is based in Hills LGA with an office in Oatlands, Sydney, leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery‐oriented, person‐centred care for adults living with mental illness.
As Team Leader you will provide day‐to‐day leadership, supervise staff, drive quality improvement, and support service planning and reporting.
