Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for CLS Western Sydney to provide individualized psychosocial supports to adults with severe mental illness, guided by the recovery model and person-centred care. You will assist with assessments and progress toward recovery goals.
Role requires Certificate IV in Mental Health or related field, strong documentation, and collaboration with carers, clinicians and community partners.
