Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking an experienced Campus Bar & Cafe Lead to elevate service at our Westmead campus café. You'll be a visible, hands-on presence, guiding the team to deliver warm, consistent hospitality to residents, families and staff.
In this practical leadership role you'll set service standards, coach café staff, coordinate day-to-day cafe and bar operations, and help implement new menus and service initiatives while maintaining food safety and WHS compliance.
