Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist (RN) to lead clinical quality improvements across Western Sydney aged care services. The role is full-time and mobile, partnering with Service Managers to strengthen safety, compliance and person-centred care.
You'll travel across the Western Sydney region, with one day per week at our Parramatta office, delivering expert coaching, audits and data-informed improvement actions to build capability and sustainable quality across sites.
