ACT is hiring registered nurses for casual and permanent part-time roles across the South Coast region, including Farmborough, Shellharbour, Gerrigong, Berry and Nowra.
You'll deliver high-standard clinical care in aged care homes, supporting residents' independence and wellbeing.
You'll lead care planning, provide wound, medication and palliative care, supervise Personal Care Workers and engage with residents, families and health professionals to advocate quality of life.
