Tas in Ballarat is seeking a Counsellor for Ruby’s Reunification Program.
You will provide high-quality therapeutic support to young people aged 12–17 and their families, focusing on reducing conflict and strengthening relationships to prevent youth homelessness through family reunification.
You will complete safety assessments, respond to risk, and work with the Family Worker team to ensure accessible, culturally responsive services aligned with Ruby’s Service Model.
